@Alex MondragonDepends on your brokerage fees, MLS dues, and if you're part of NAR, but probably ball park a couple thousand a year.Yes, you get significantly more data than redfin and Zillow gives, because you can see all sold properties which is how you'll find comps.You may be able to team up with a realtor who is interested in helping you out.

Even though the NAR's VP of Legal even created a video on their site because so many people were claiming it's not.Second, you can double dip your commissions while giving the seller a "deal" by waiving your commission because you're going to get a minimum fee from the buyer of 10% or $10K whichever is more.

Even, if it means starting off in the Residential space.I've already begun my FL Real Estate Salesperson course with intentions of becoming REALTOR for NAR affiliation so I could pursue the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation over time, In addition I've come across the National Association of Mortgage Underwriters (NAMU), whom offers some courses and designations (CMMU, CCUP) as well, and am even considering taking MLO license as well.I don't want to be a nerd and overdue it with courses and designations, but my current resume doesn't support the switch.

these go to mediation.. stick to your guns until it cost you money then decide.. taking 10k and finding something else is not a bad deal read your contract and see if there is in deed an attorney clause in there might not be.. most of these like I said if they are dont on State NAR forms have mandatory mediation which resolves 95% of cases thats why its there other wise court would be clogged up..
