My “reasoning” is based on two points1- the current system of property records filing in a million different jurisdictions with expensive title searches necessary for almost every title transfer and mistakes still being made can be made much less expensive, much faster, and much more reliable through migration to some sort of “blockchain” National registry.2- Numerous investments have been divided into, and offered as tranches of the whole.  

What you seem to be missing is your main need is an accounting system.  

I'll rehab and brrrr if it makes sense but I'll either stabilize my real estate company a bit or move on something if a killer deal crosses my desk. always looking for small multi's on clevelands east side. 

@Kris TohovitisI wouldn't recommend using your cash to pay off the mortgage on your primary residence since you can likely get a better return on that money by investing it.What's your buying criteria for the multi-family property?

People who want to do multi-family deals of all sizes but I have yet to meet anyone who have similar ambitions all-be-it this is my first post as such.

Multi family isn’t as common as you’d find in other parts of the United States, but there are some good properties here to be had!

:Syndication multi-family investments are riskier and have less upside than gambling in Las Vegas.

I make sure that they help in creating new systems and processes, always asking for their advice.  

Can the LLC be a single member or must it be a multi member even if it is spouses?
