I noticed on the city website that it can only be done in certain areas, which I'm more than fine with.

I know my market didn’t make the list, but 150k is doable here.  

I think most people can become a millionaire within five years if they are willing to follow a strategy, make the sacrifices necessary, and do the work that it takes to become a millionaire in five years.

The land has slightly increased in value (by like maybe 3-4% over 3 or so years) but the value of the structure I'm pretty sure has gone nowhere.

there are ways to get around the highest and you also need to take into account the savings you will generally have on the purchase side when compared to other regions.
