Hi David,I was having the same problem until I upgraded my membership to Pro and now have full access to the BP FilePlace. 

I'm happy to say, I walked away with both objectives met and am looking forward to continued engagement with this group.For anyone else on the forum who has a BREIA membership, I'd love to hear your feedback and insights on how participation has advanced your REI objectives. 

It is not an accredited university or college, it's not a government information site, it's not a law firm handing out legal information, it is in the business of driving internet traffic and collecting membership fees.

Hi @Nicole @Nicole B.I don't think you would necessarily get your money's worth from a pro membership since you're just starting to sift through the free RE materials.  

I don't have a pro membership yet but If I can get this deal done I will sign up. 

First meeting you pay for dinner $25 and if you wish to attend again there is a membership fee.

It sounds like they're just being difficult.CAR forms are available to anyone willing to pay the $799 annual fee to license them (this is just for access to the forms, not membership to CAR).
