I am way to old school to try any of this  LOL.. of course I get 100% of my business by referral so I have no need to market anything and being old school I pick up the phone and talk to my investors in person ..

I bought won a GND program but since the home was not in the school district it was declined.  

And REOs are notorious for being non-assignable, so students most likely didn't assign to the company.I don't think there is any magic about the Ohio deals I looked at... older properties, low price because of extensive rehab required, REOs, property with high DOM, in the rust belt, ... leper properties.

He could get roommates (I'm assuming he's single and going to school).

So someone can just stop paying taxes and create a funding gap for our public schools, firefighters, and county road maintenance and now private investors & Counties are going to bankroll the cost and administrative overhead to sell their property at auction and give them back the net auction proceeds?

The shopping center has several businesses including Kroger,  Goddard School, Truist bank, Ozk Bank to name a few..Any advice how to proceed, whom to contact?
