Where is the property located and is it SF, 1-4 MF, or 5+ MF?

While the location is great, parking is an issue, and can really only accommodate about 4 - 5 cars total at time reasonably.

No problem with borrower, business LLC, and the location of the property.

This generated $2M+ in equity, and thus is highly lucrative, but takes 2-3 years.Note worthy: I am located in California, but I did this project in Canada.

It's a Class A location in Sacramento.
