The standard rule is $250k per person who legally owns/occupies for the 2/5 year requirement. 

I don't see it as an issue but many still do, at least in my small town where the majority of renters are elderly people looking for low maintenance housing options.

Many would be surprised to learn that about half of all states allow discrimination based on marital status, meaning a landlord can reject applicants that are not related and not legally married.As always, it's important to know the laws of your jurisdiction.

Professionals find good deals, operates them professionally hopefully providing a profit without you have to deaL with the issues that face a landlord every day.

Our rep at Lendbase never called to apologize or ask if a prepayment penalty was an issue for us.

I think the engineering issues on them have been resolved.I've used a number of different brands (lower price point) and haven't had issues with any of them.

And folks that need to do that dont have the capacity to deal with a loan that has been called and a seller that is madder than a wet hornet if you goof up their credit.Then the other major issue glossed over by everyone is there is a minute amount of sellers that will even entertain these transactions and most of the time your paying a premium for the asset.

Health and safety inspections don't seem to care much about zoning or permitting issues.
