I can say that plexs made more money BUT they also cost me more gray hairs and the time spent was not worth what I got paid.  

Of the 17 that are rented the rent last year was a hair under 91kExpenses totaled just a hair over 30k not including mortgage.Asking price is 945k, which for that income is laughable in this area and would make my lenders lose faith in me. 

I'm talking about the borrowers that don't fight or resist their foreclosure.Most of the product I've been looking at lately has more hair on it.

I got an interesting phone call from an elderly client yesterday. 87 year old woman who regularly goes to the hairdresser every 2 weeks.Hairdresser is located in a shopping center that's next door to a Mercedes dealership.Evidently customers of the Mercedes dealership routinely park in the shopping center and the center's management company has warned the Mercedes dealership on multiple occasions.My client drives a Mercedes.My client goes in for an hour and gets her hair done.

I'm simply echoing @Joel Owens here but Nail Salons, Hair salons, Dry Cleaners, Liquor Stores, Subway sandwiches and similar.

I have the gray hairs to vouch for my experience.

I have spent many many hours pulling my hair out trying to find deals online like you have going from market to market to market!

A vanity number has some value, but I wouldn't get hung up on it if you don't have one.Your time and your money needs to have a laser focus.
