The only way I would ever win a MF deal in DFW would be to overpay - I wouldn’t understand the sub market like the locals do.Pick one or two markets you can get to easily.

@Chris Brown One rule of thumb I highly recommend - never ever ever buy loans from wherever you get your training.

The rumblings of the NYC to Scranton Amtrak line seem more realistic than ever before with big funding from various state and federal programs. 

Just more complexity and costs, especially if you ever refinance.
