@David Boroughes, keep in mind if I could cash flow $8K per year per unit I would firmly retired ad would be doing my typing on a lap top in the Bahamas. 

I have the video recorded on a local computer (laptop) and I can access it from any where including my phone.

I remember a 22-year-old day trader who lost over a million dollars in a few short hours, sweating in front of his laptop on the patio at a SoCal Starbucks when the tech market imploded in 2001.

I just needed to emphasize that it is more than a "side hustle" and one can definitely make a living off STR's if they have a market with tourism, the right mindset, and are willing to put some time into the startup process.Now with my system built right, I manage all my bookings and coordinations simply from my laptop or Iphone.

I have my laptop with me at all times, and spend more time in random parking lots and pull over on side streets writing offers on the spot..  

Realtor.com is pretty easy to search especially if you are using a laptop or home computer 

You can, however, deduct other things such as a laptop, that you need for your business.
