Social Media Is the best answer take Skylar advice and interviews all of other agents, title companies, management companies, investors, mortgage brokers etc.

But I have seen while I was interviewing PM’s a 6 week or it’s rented for free type style.  

I have my first Boston multi under contract and am working on interviewing PM's.  

I would interview each candidate, ask for references, ask to see completed projects...ect. 

Interview their mentees? 

There’s a million of them with only s few being good.As far as content goes I always enjoyed interviews that focus on the story of an investor and the things they learned along the way.
