We log in weekly to pay any bills and then invoice the tenant.Most other utilities (cable, internet, etc) we don't get involved with since they are not requirements under our lease agreement.Good luck!

I think this is changing now since there's a lot more education via social media and the internet. 2) Delayed gratification- This country has a very consumer oriented mindset - new phones, new cars, clothes, etc.

My advice - find a legit mentor that may partner with you as cohost is your first property, willing to share knowledge and you absolutely know for a fact they hv experience in the airbnb space with their own properties; gather info on internet, buy a couple of books - all the information is already out there.
