I am new to this and have been reading and researching.I have a meeting set up with Praxis Capital.Has anyone invested with Praxis Capital and if so just wondering about your experience.Thank you Louis, did you ever invest with Praxis Capital? 

Go to Omaha and Sioux city tomorrow for inspections and client meets. 3. close new loan with my bank unsecured ( those babys can be tough to get).4. get my mind ready for 9 grandkids at the house this is the toughest one :)  Patience 5. firm up goals for 25 solidify my new clients that I have gotten in Q 4 24.

I sat in on a lot of the meetings with owners/city and it seems for the most part to me, the city is just not interesting in AirBnB and as an investor, that's not a good place to be or be right.There will always be probably a few people who skirt the law or think they have a good workaround, but often catch 22. 

Will you be able to meet this requirement while your new home is being built?

We meet every month, and are in constant contact with these individuals, in business relationships going a lot deeper than that.The second way is to contact a large group of people with the understanding that only a few will result in “deals”.  

I set up a meeting with high hopes that this would be a good way to purchase my first few properties of section 8.

I began inviting them to online zoom meetings I would hold with brokers, agents and investors... friends I had made along the way, where we would just talk strategy, loan types, current market trends etc.

Worry less about the "rules" and the financing right now, and try running models that meet YOUR financial goal. 

We are about to buy a Building that just so happens to be in an opportunity Zone and meets all the requirements to be eligible for a fund.
