Yes, that's part of our "taking possession" checklist when we close on a new property with existing holding tanks.Because energy efficiency is part of our {self-imposed} mandate we frequently experiment with new ideas during major retrofits (hence the solar thermal DHW with in-line heaters for the final lift).

The ones I've seen require two appraisals if that's the route you want to take.I think you're confusing this deed restriction with an FHA 90-day lender restriction.What the OP is talking about has absolutely nothing to do with a lender restriction -- it is a deed restriction imposed by the previous seller.

if they did decide that they wanted to wholesale(buy for themselves instead of for someone else), then there license would be irrelavent/unnecessary
