With the tenant asking for powerwashing of the driveway as well, my guess is that unnecessary maintenance expenses could become a real demand from this sweet lady.  

if they did decide that they wanted to wholesale(buy for themselves instead of for someone else), then there license would be irrelavent/unnecessary.
