make sure not to pay anything upfront and be VERY skeptical. those to-good-to-be-true facebook group posts by "older white gentlemen" are often african scammers. one if my previous answers shows the second of the only two profile pictures of one of those posters - a young black guy dressed in a sari. most arent as stupid as this one 

I'm just trying to understand the contract better and a filled out one from an acyual deal would help immensely.

Growth here is quite immense given the recent drive of transportation, logistics, and distribution and we only see that demand growing as the internet grows as well. 

My mom and aunt grew African Violets from seeds and they both had sooo many gro lights and used so much electricity.

He's a fellow Austinite, and probably our city's most successful African American.I think anything he does here is a positive for our city.It's not like he's creating slums, or taking unfair advantage of anyone.He creates companies that give people jobs--which seems like a good thing for everyone.just my 2 cents.
