Currently have a duplex I’ve been in 3 yearsMortgage 3.65% pmt $850Tenant pays $875Heloc $30k——monthly $291The issue I am running into isRates are so high right now and it’s a lot harder to find another that will cover full mortgage.Does it make sense to leave somewhere that it is full covered to go to one that is not?

My main concern is how to avoid activating the due-on-sale clause when transferring the deed.

How can I do that" Again rather than give advice when I am not a tax professional I figured I would pose his question on the forums to see what response the community would give.

I’ve heard this can have benefits, but I’m not sure where to start.If anyone has advice on how to proceed, I’d love to hear it!
