Quicker/cleaner the more they get.  

They've got to have a handle on their cleaners or have in house cleaners who follow the standards.

It is hard to enforce a lease for an illegal unit and a wise tenant can take you to the cleaners over it.

Dry-cleaners of course can pose a significant contamination issue with a property, but would a regular self-serve laundromat have similar contamination potential?

I'm managing from out of state for the next 9-12 months so I need a cleaner that I can trust and has a history of quality performance and a solid reputation.

If you could get a co-signer that would help with some of the down payment, it would make things a lot cleaner.

I returned the house I think cleaner than was given to me.

But basically he wanted to rent my property and then offer it as STR to whoever.I said I didn't want it to be trashed (again) and he talked endlessly about how he puts up cameras, other security, knows exactly who is going in & out, cleaners are the finest, etc.

First cleaner only lasts an average of 5 months which will be your fault (checklists and overall micromanaging) not theirs 

Renting our our carpet cleaner for the day may be best bet
