I feel like giving the listing agent's a hair more may be the best of both worlds, but that's the most plain sighted answer. 

Once they have proof of the violation you may get a warning, and then a daily fine. 

I have learned  A LOT in the last few years, much of it from their online events and they do have a DAILY 4-5 pm "office hours" where you can ask a question for free of anyone.
