Hello forum,We manage a huge lot across the beach, we are thinking we could use this lot for outdoor activities, ie: Outdoor Gym, Food Truck, outdoor movie theater, etc.

Some of my hobbies include snowboarding up in the mountains, hitting the gym, and collecting rare shoes. 

Buildings with things like pools, gyms, or front desks tend to have higher fees to cover those costs.

I belong to a clubhouse gym that wealthy people belong to.

At the beginning of 2020 (if anyone can remember back that far), it was looking to be a bright year for retail and a robust year for food and beverage, the movie industry, and the gym industry (even I joined).

Unless you have a fancy unit with amenities like a pool or gym, it will be tough to find someone with almost $6k/month of income and a credit score over 650 who want to live in an apartment building.

I might not be able to offer an indoor pool or gym but I can offer early / late luggage storage.
