The cabinets would be low buck, counters I would do in granite because it lasts long and if they break a piece off it can be epoxied back together and look undamaged.

Its not as if they can go inside the comps and see if they have formica or granite.

It's not that I want to be cheap or not create nice homes for people....but I've gone through a few parks this week that make me happy to have my carry license haha I'm not putting granite any where near those. 

On the other hand, installing them gives me more control on the final look, and since the materials used in this renovation were higher end, ie, granite counters, porcelain tile, maybe it is a good idea for me to have more control over what the final look is with the blinds? 

Radon, granite slab often contain minute radio active traces are tested.

A roof on a 1500sqft house is going to cost basically the same - the roof doesn't care whether the interior has granite countertops.

The house was gutted and remodeled with granite, tile, wood, ss appliances, ect. 

Where are you northern NJ rehabbers getting your granite now-a-days?
