My best advice would be to link up with an agent with access to some off market inventory.

I agree with most people in this forum that mid-term rentals are on the rise and gaining popularity. 

Projects give us visibility on my projectsMy CPA can easily access the reports for tax preparation.

We had money and access to creator over and above the cost of the course so we were able to hit the ground running.

Many of these were part of our early access program and received information on the project before the webinar, but overall because people know we sell out right away they submit their soft commit, and then do their due diligence before wiring their money.

After a little while of this you can slow down and just use the one contractor you have gained a good relationship with and know their numbers on rehabs.

Because I benefit from more business oriented books I also like Who Not How and Gap and the Gain by Dan Sullivan and Ben Hardy.
