Here is the process (keep in mind, you can be the one person whom does these all, or outsource or have in house employees to do these):1.

I started around 15 years ago, own 60+ doors, manage 700 and have an in house construction team with 30 employees.   

@Frank Macias In short, like @Dave Foster says, consider the 1031 exchange of your funds.

They don't even tell their enforcement employees which statute they're using.

@Klavish FarajAs mentioned not sure ones that will pay for the licensing - I know some if you are an existing employee and want to move up will pay for it or others may reimburse the cost or annual fees if you work for them but most won’t pay for it upfront

One of the F&G employees recommended using PayPal to convert to cash and that was a HUGE mistake.

Making the transition from an employee to a business owner is very hard work but rewarding in the long run.
