I'd like to fold something like this into my systems.

I am already starting to see properties listing for 300K, a four fold increase from what I've known to be typical in the area.

The concern two fold.  

Maybe a folding table and side by side units.

My guess is that it is mostly done to get attention and bring into the fold those who have less experience or historical perspective in an effort to gain short term.

So my question is two-fold - 1.

I would not fold without coming up with creative ways to negotiate with seller and to reiterate if this deals pays you in the long run CACRoI , appreciation, when brrr'd in the future wise, take the hit for a few years and of course with an exit strategy in mind.

My strategy is two-fold: I want to wholesale/flip to make some quick cash while at the same time syndicating large multifamily deals.

I had a good hand and was paying to see the flop, if the cards were bad I'd fold and play the next hand.
