as you probably know houston has large oil and gas industry- specifically in my area there are many petrochem plants and such (ei: pipe yards, fabrication shops, drilling compnaies)

I finish the repairs with 6 in. fiberglass tape, usually sold as "wall repair fabric," and multiple coats of mud.

But even if they're not on the market, a local fabrication shop could build you one pretty cheaply I would think.

You wouldn't want to wind up listening to someone who types out morality while his tenants go months w/out hot water and with drugs and prostitution being a part of the properties fabric....not without fair warning anyway.
