So whatever the charge, in my instance the guy served time for indecency with a 17 year old minor...which sounded to me like a drunk exposing himself...it was worse...maybe a lot worse.

Two problems for them:1) This is late in the Tech Unicorn cycle so big Wall Street money starts wondering whether dishing out cash to money burning companies guarantees success.2) Real estate is not retail: their cash offer program means they would carry an inventory that exposes them to being wiped out if/when the market softens.

We have a 100 y/o single family buy&hold in Missouri and would like to turn the attic into usable space. ideally we could keep the rafters exposed in keeping with the character of the home, so the standard 6 inch fiberglass would not work.
