Yes, im not sure about deal sourcing at least at my level because I dont make that much from the investment side of my business right now and I feel there would be a lot of training involved.

I suppose they would be able to help me figure it out but I’m still trying to determine what is the best way to fund something like this and would it be better to sell off the entire purchase once split into separate parcels or is there a way to structure a deal as to where I could sell off some of the land to repay the loan/investors and also retain a portion of it to develop with my own short term rentals.

Ordinarily I would agree, but you have to account for the fact that the tenant saved the landlord a boatload of money by mitigating the leaking roof before it caused serious interior damage.Also, when I hear of rat infestations, I think of landlords not doing a lot of regular maintenance and housekeeping of common areas.Precedent for the remainder of the lease under a course of dealing theory?
