I'm not from your state - but in Florida your taxable basis is established by your purchase price at the time of the sale.

Not easy to do, not in a heavily regulated environment. 

It is very important to establish your buy box (with specific states) before jumping into this game.

@Jonah Hartsburg The FCRA says you must establish and implement written policies and procedures regarding the accuracy and integrity of information you furnish to a CRA.

@Todd Kozak  The Federal FinCen new regulation called the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) requires ALL LLCs/Corps to register by December 31, 2024.
