I dont have any experience in this market but have looked into it a little bit, I know that you can get the houses pretty cheap there but my concern was with the long term appreciation - I dont believe it is a highly desirable place to live and so there wont be much appreciation -however that is just my opinion and I really didnt look into it much,  I think it would be a cool place to live as I go to Monterrey all the time, but its hard to say.

Typically  issues are raised when the exterior is not kept up with / parking on grass / garbage in neighborhoods where everyone takes pretty good care of their homes.If you keep it clean and run a tight ship, you should be okay most of the time.

She is insistent on my providing her all of my information so she can verify my information, of which I decline to do but tell her that FL is pretty transparent (unless I have a land trust which I do not) and if she decides to be judge and jury to everyone she should figure out how to actually research appropriately.
