If it is serious, the agent needs to understand the issue, so they can help negotiate resolution. 

I also paid off and disputed a lot of the credit report information and by and large I was able to have increased to 630 all within a couple months.

The level of respect they have for landlords is about 10 degrees lower that that of lawyers.My work/career back ground was in the field of dealing with and conflict resolution. 

The attorney can contact the people involved, find out what the dispute is about and inform you on your options.

Property management called the water company and I followed up to put it under dispute.

This proves why the state messing with the property tax rate is not going to make much if any difference when they can just pick whatever appraisal value they want out of the air.There is a local newspaper columnist that is advocating that everyone dispute their appraisal and go to the review board in order to break the system.

There is no “dispute”.....if the city is maintaining it, they either now own it, have a ROW, or it is an easement.....most assuredly recorded in the courthouse.

Their thinking was that if that much time had passed, there was a small likelihood that the previous owner would dispute the HOA FC.I've bought 4 properties this way.
