All new new drywall and paint in a 4000 sq ft home, flooring, replaced all plumbing and upgraded electrical, new siding and garage doors, 4.5 updated bathrooms, kitchen remodel with quartz countertops and stainless appliances, many windows replaced, we kept as much original trim and doors as possible, upgraded the staircase with fashionable stainless steel cable system.

It seems to just need some floors, counter tops and maybe cabinets.

I just want to know where people feel they are getting the most bang for their bucks.Currently I think, fresh painted rooms, hookups for washer/dryer, painted cabinets and refinished countertops, would be a good start.

What types of counter tops?

You can get A+ grade new construction homes in the OKC area in the 200k range (higher end fixtures, quartz counter tops, designer finishes, etc).

Have you used IKEA countertops before?

Smaller class A-B SFH with granite countertops and other items on a faster schedule?

Unless I intended to keep the countertops (due to them being something nice) I wouldn’t reface.

After that we did a full gut job rehab on the condemned unit including new cabinets, counter tops, appliances, shower, vanity, toilet, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, refinished the hardwood and put LVP in bathroom/kitchen and finished it up with a fresh coat of paint.

Does anyone have any recommendable counter top providers for Orange Park Florida, just outside of Jacksonville?
