Well I bought an office in a condominium - The tenant decided to stay  and I really like the fact that  the condo takes care of the outside and all I have to take care is the bathroom ( there is no kitchen )  - So unless the toilet breaks it is maintenance free.

I avoid BOA, 5th 3rd, etc like the plague.One last note: I used a checkwriting software called Check Launch.

There is one that is a condominium building that is being marketed to investors, they guarantee you a tenant for a period of time and offer certain property management services.

We used it as a down payment on an owner occupied duplex. this one deal was so great it launched us into all the other houses we own today.To answer your question...1.

I am interested in investing in condominiums and renting them out.  

To launch a startup RECF platform, you need a good securities attorney who knows the new rules.

If the CPA doesn't ask you several questions about where you are now and where you want to be before launching into advice, keep searching.

This will launch me into property #2 by the end of this year, hopefully...
