My wife is a clinic manager, I am more than well aware of all the aspects and facts of covid, including supported original efforts to flatten the curve, that made sense and was important, since then it is a former VP Dick Cheney said "don't let any crises go to waste", and gone into a whole different place. 

As for the psychological risks of the shutdown (suicide, drug/alcohol use, child abuse, domestic violence), this is why we need a strong social safety net, such as food banks, free health clinics, volunteer organizations that can help people weather the economic and other stress we are all going through.

It turns out, the family is relocating temporarily because the mother has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and they are undergoing clinical trials in the area.

She rented it out to a family and for some reason, they were unable to move in so they subleased it to another person who owned a "tennis clinic."  

I got them all the time in the SF Bay Area, just because there are lots of legal clinics there.  

He lives alone and he is friends with his neighbors who help him with his needs (bring him to hospital / clinic check up etc).
