I have been getting a lot of interest and inquiries pretty quickly into my rental. 

I've been knocking on doors, there is one that seems like it's abandoned, however despite finding the owners name from tax records I cannot seem to get in contract with them to make an offer (despite trying x, y and z). 

Nice to know which way the markets heading even if just intuituvely through dealing in the market.

Hello i bought a house for 75000$ and can get a loan on it for 155,000$  My question is hypothetically if i were to only get a 20,000 Loan From the 155,000$ loan and never pay it would they foreclose on my property and i would loose it for not paying the 20,000 Loan?

They are at year 2 1/2 and now say you "might" get 50% in 3-5 more years.
