Idk your financial situation but I see light in your tunnel.

It's never going to be the perfect time to jump into the market as there'll always be uncertainties to some degree..run your numbers as best you can, get as much good advice as you can and avoid having tunnel vision when weighing up your options (theres always a way to get a deal done!) 

Don't get tunnel vision on duplexes and multis!

At least I know my time is going towards something.But ultimately myself and my family need to see the light at the end of the tunnel - where all the sacrifices in time we've made over the last few years is going to come back.And I believe we're just about there.

From the bank's point of view they have incurred all the costs to foreclose and the end of that tunnel is only a couple of months away.

Hey Anna, I'm not sure I fully understand what you're asking but I have a handful of S8 rentals in Detroit.Overall the experience has been positive, but I always caution people on having tunnel vision for just Section 8 tenants/rentals.
