Most of these units under permit will require electric service upgrades and rewiring, 20 amp gfi's new outlets/switches, interconnected smoke/carbon detectors ect which leads to opening a lot of walls, if these are plaster figure all new drywall.

They gave notice to their current landlord and must be out of their current residence by January 6 2020.I setup the seciton 8 inspection for earliest possible date December 30 2019, and there were a few minor things that needed to be done such as smoke/carbon installs, window lock repairs, basement pipe leaks, etc.

Bedbugs are most active at night and are attracted to carbon dioxide in exhaled breath of sleeping people.Bedbugs do seem to be treatable with tenant cooperation but it's a real chore.

My @$$ left almost 3 years ago...Also, we have NO 9% plus income tax, and all the other commie taxes your legislature imposes, gas, air, carbon, plastic bag, cow farts, etc, as well as giving every dime you give to them in taxes to SJW programs, I hope you enjoy writing your actual property tax checks next year.

As others have pointed out, taxes will be higher in Austin, and you should consider that Austin is beginning to become very heavy-handed with landlord and homeowner rules and regulations (carbon monoxide detectors, mandatory screens!?
