Put the deal making to the side for a while and read some of the classics, like Napoleon Hill's 'Grow Rich with Peace of Mind.'

There is no doubt about it that you can find higher returns in other areas, but I just get nervous about states that protect tenants too much and treat all landlords like they are rich and greedy vampires trying to suck every dime out of the little guy.

At least in our primary market (Tampa) I think 2023 created a purge of subpar listings and subpar owner's (get rich quick types) and now has created an environment where the good survive and the best thrive and the rest have died. 

Then you have some traction.Real estate is a rich mans game.

A wise investor will not try to get rich quick with shortcuts.

All the 5-star reviews on google claiming to be working directly with Tom are lies - you need Robert Kiyosaki riches to be working directly with Tom. 

I’m not looking to become insanely rich, although if it happened I would not be complaining.

Definitely one of the more engaging Rich Dad books.
