Once you have one under your belt, you'll become more confident to move forward with others.

Moved to the Midwest (Columbus, OH) to get some experience in Human Resources under my belt right out of college and just moved back to the Reno area after almost 3 years out in Ohio.

I understand you can be very knowledgeable and prepared but I haven't made any deals in the past or have any rentals under my belt.

It's hard for me to call myslef a real estate investor at this point, once I have several deals under my belt and a bit more 1st hand knowledge I'm guessing I'll have a boost in my self esteem.

I'm in real estate and my family has tightened our belts significantly just in case the future becomes worse.

I wear mine with a belt type holster (on my side during the winter, under a hooded sweatshirt and a little farther back during the summer, under a hawaiian shirt.

The more I think about this the more likely this scenario seems.If this guy is experienced, and you're not, he'll have your pants down before you even know your belt has been loosened.all cash
