Have you tried to understand the basics of rental investing?

Our model is basically 2 people to a room, each individual pays $175 a week, each house has a manager (who lives free of charge)that handles intakes, discharges, accountability, checking chores and collecting the rent.

The problem in school is the poor way they teach basic math, Algebra, and Geometry. 

I still need to research a lot more, basically places with good rtp ratio and high growth potential I think.

If the property appraiser is saying $690k when you paid $530k - they are basically saying "you got a great deal on your property because it is actually worth much more than you paid."  

I currently have a more basic understanding, I've down quite a bit of the work for most of my properties. 

Basically this is the first time I felt confident enough in a program to take the leap and go for it.
