I find myself to be a good "talk off the ledge" person and really want to call or contact her to try and soothe her but I just don't know if thats a great idea or if I should just let BARKING dogs lie. haha..  

I've never had a pet ruin a unit, the worse that happens is pet smell and that can be taken care of usually by just shampooing the carpet.I do require that dogs and cats be over 6 months old to avoid house training issues, be vaccinated against rabies and dogs must be licensed.I have clauses in my pet addendum that says dogs cannot be left chained outside, dogs cannot bark so much as to annoy a reasonable person, dogs and cats must be friendly towards other animals and people and a few other things.

Another told me their dog didn't bark and then brought a dog that barks every time a car, squirrel, or leaf falls outside- in a small multifamily which has been annoying for every other tenant in the building in years since.

Water from down spout was going under the house for years causing standing water, dry rot, bark Beatles and mold.

I am concentrating more in wholesales, light rehabs and quick turnaround/ flips but I am also open to SSs where I know the lender won't bark about the listing agreement.

Actually, I can't bark too loud as some of my years of net taxes paid were a little lower too.

She is very friendly but barks protectively when someone new shows up.
