Bill Gulley Thanks for the English Language lesson - pardon me for poor English language command, it is my 5th language, still couldn't master it after so many years :(The reason I try to make a deal out of this is the way I see it (I could be wrong) is that - with a $300k purchase price PLUS $32k in rent income over the next 3 years, the seller will be getting $332k vs. whatever he could get now no matter what the final selling price is listing with an agent.
