Hey Lilach - I've seen some successful BRRRR deals in Jacksonville recently, particularly in areas like Riverside and Springfield.

In particular, I am interested in flipping homes.

If anyone mentions being new and wanting to invest, one in particular pops in and talks about Columbus immediately.
