@Ibrahim Hughes that's great to hear, it would be a shame for all that nice work in the basement to end up ruined in a few years.You should really be proud, you are making some money but also reviving the housing stock.  

It's a shame when people don't try to help themselves until they are issued an auction date.

Which, to me, is such a shame considering all I've learned, how much I enjoy doing this, and the money I've spent on business resources, marketing, and mentoring. 

There is natural gas all over that area so it's a shame.

Its a shame when you trust ppl to teach you how to do something and you respect the fact that they are now tripple dig-gets income ppl and worked hard to get where they are at/  and you find out they are nothing but _players) lesson learned!

They might not ask (or know to ask), but eventually it will burn bridges and that's always a shame when honesty and appropriate disclosure could have saved from the fire.

Whether or not its true, I felt like I did enough due diligence on this tenant, and it's a shame.
