I think Texas is a no reveal state in that sale prices are not reported to the public.

In order to get it under contract if a realtor was already representing the seller to begin with that would be a NO NO.

So really, this is a no money down owner financing deal, but the liens have to be paid before we can move forward.I'm looking for $175,000 which will be secured with the 3 multi-families I mentioned above.

This to me sounds like it's probably a "no deal".

But if the law suit will truly be settled in a year and if the home will truly be worth more in a year than its current value then it seems like renting is a no brainer.
