If you redirect them back to the website, it may annoy some of the prospects as you pointed out.I too hate some of the calls, but they're a great way for me to screen some folks who I could tell right away won't cut it.Sorry I don't have good tips for you to improve your situation, but just my thoughts.

I agree that it would be most annoying from the seller point of view, if the buyer came back to re-negotiate at this point in the process, but that is certainly an option (may not be successful, but it is an option).
