I have been analyzing deals for about 3 months now in areas served by good schools: Windermere, Winter Garden, Lake Nona, Celebration, Avalon and Meadow Woods. 

I'm celebrating my 1 year anniversary of our Property Management company on April first and I can honestly say, I had no idea what I was in for on this front.  

Last Saturday marked the 1 year anniversary of the purchase of my first investment property.

Hey David, I recently moved to NC from Utah and purchased a property in Wake County, I decided to go skiing to celebrate and Maggie Valley was the first place that popped up so I went two weeks ago.

Heck, any number above 50 is worthy of celebration.

Some investors are celebrating the future with sky high rents like the big cities. 

@Jason Dalka Interesting that you mention Short North...I just saw an anniversary article about how the Short North Posse was the last gang with a stronghold in the area...the cops smoked them out and it was a 2-year effort to arrest them all after they relocated to Italian Village/Weinland Park.I hear you on the Cleveland front...I am pulling for the city to make a recovery (same with Dayton), but the driver for sustainable transition is yet to be discovered.

It’s quite unlike tier 2 and tier 3 markets that get celebrated here because a handful of CA residents moved into their city.

I'm not a sportsball fan, but I'll take any reason to celebrate in the current climate.I am new to investing, and apparently new to the internet, I posted my last introduction post in Real Estate News and Current Events. 

It’s more of a long term marketing strategy but is extremely cheap and others have had great success building a lot of momentum with it and becoming a “local celebrity”.
