Another Crown Vic has the advantage of being low key, and I think tenants do look at your car and they are liable to be aggravated by the sight of a Mercedes or similar.

Honestly, I wasn't real sure if I had what it takes and the very idea gave me the shivers :shock: But by learning from others via books and online forums, we were able to put systems in place before the first lease was signed... can't tell you how much that has saved us over the years-- both in money and aggravation :wink:

Not to mention the $$$ and time and aggravation of living below them during the process. 

Unless you are in the bowels of the ghetto I wouldn't worry about your car, unless you are Rollin on 22s and thumping bass like no tomorrow when you pull up all vanilla ice like!

Tell them that should they remove the washer or dryer then you would be obligated to explain this situation to anyone who inquired about their past rental history and you would subtract their value from the deposit you have for the rental.I would not tell them I was going to court or going to call the police over this as really you have no 'proof' and the time to get that, and the aggravation is not worth the value of used appliances. 

Then again, I'm not the one having to deal with aggravations.
