This allows them to get more capital so they can make more loans without having to grow their asset base, while also maintaining their relationship with the customer through monthly payments.

They rarely have an over-leveraged emergency or catastrophe.Of course they will not grow as fast as the investor using leverage and NOT over-leveraging. 

I really think that should be allowed in a forum such as this, where we are all trying to grow professionally and connect with each other.If there is some way to connect with others that I do not know about, someone please let me know. 

I would love for it to grow to that point.

I think too many people get stuck on distressed, when there is a whole generation aging out that will take fair prices for their assets.
