Free and clear.Property titled in name of Mary Smith only, a married woman.Mary dies, husband receives a life estate, mother's natural children from previous husband inherit the "Remainder".Husband, who has a life estate, accumulates $150k in IRS liens.Do the IRS liens attach to the property in any way?

I wouldn't mind starting off with a cash flowing property to get my feet wet, then sell it afterwards, so I can start accumulating some cash for flipping.

The city we invest in has a rule that anything over 1" depth must be cleared within 24 hours of the first accumulation, so we may be taking care of snow more than once per storm.
