Does accumulated interest accrue at the same rate as the note bears and would it, once delinquent, calculate somewhat like negative amortization from that point (except $0 being paid) plus the escrows and fees also bearing interest at the same rate?

I will then rent it out, get a cash out refinance, and repeat to accrue cash flowing properties that require minimal work.

Because of this, Roth accrued interest will be taxed 10% but not the contributions, and traditional contributions are taxed but not accrued interest.

Funny how that worked.In Massachusetts, where all this took place, judgments accrue interest at 12% per year.

Just out of curiosity, you might want to find out if the tenant has been putting rice, pasta, noodles, oatmeal or any other starchy item down the drain (as in rinsing out their oatmeal pot every morning).
