I’m under the impression that the law pertains only to those with the disability (which I’m happy to accommodate for), not for the animal itself.

And if the seller artificially inflates the price to accommodate the improvements then they have a huge gain issue. 

This is abnormal and any reasonable seller and listing agent should be more than accommodating for this type of thing. 

Maybe even make each site able to accommodate RVs to give flexibility.Another big hitter is the costs of surveying the site. 

I canceled the lease signing and now drafting a letter stating we are unable to accommodate her request and willing to refund the application fee.

This isn't easily done or managed on the iPhone and doesn't really accommodate keeping your personal and business contacts separate.
